  • For Vendors

    • How much are fees?

    • When are the set-up / break down times?

      • 2:00 pm: Participants may begin set-up
      • 3:00 pm: All vendors must have checked in
      • 3:45 pm: All set-up must be complete
      • 4:00 pm: All support vehicles must be moved off the street.
      • 8:00 pm: Participants must begin break down
      • 9:00 pm: Participants must have completed break down
    • Where can I get an application?

      • Applications can be found here.
      • All participants need the Eagle Farmers Market Application.
      • All vendors need the Town of Eagle Business License.
        • Contact the Town of Eagle Business Office for information (970) 328-6354.
        • The only exception is produce sellers who sell produce "for home consumption only."
      • All vendors offering food items, farm products, and prepackaged food items must contact Eagle County Health Department, 328-8755, for rules and regulations regarding food distribution.

      • Friday evenings 4-8pm.   The season runs from June 11 to September 17, 2010.
